Home > PC Communication > VideoChat > Cancelling a VideoChat Plus paid service

To cancel VideoChat Plus after the statutory 3 month period can be simply achieved by taking the following steps:

  • Locate the email receipt received when you first subscribed to the service which contained the subject line Receipt for Buzz 3D VideoChat Plus License (Upgrade).

  • Forward this email to the email address cancel@buzz3d.com (please do not click Reply to the email and send it back to registrations@buzz3dweb.com where it first came from as this is an automatic and unmonitored email account and will not cancel your account).

  • You will receive an email back confirming that no further amounts will be taken from your account assuming the contracted minimum of 3 months have elapsed.  If it has not elapsed then no further payments will be taken after the 3 month period.

  • If you cancel your service midway through a month that you have paid for then your service will continue until the end of that service period.

If you have any other questions relating to this service please email us at cancel@buzz3d.com.

We are very keen to get your comments and feedback about Buzz VideoChat and Buzz VideoChat Plus so that we can include the features that you want to see and hear.  Please email us at feedback@buzz3d.com to send us your comments.
