Step 3 – Choosing your Image File(s)

Choose Input Media

Usually the easiest way to locate your image file(s) on your PC is to just click the ‘Browse’ button, and then choose the folder holding the file from the list. Let’s say you have a folder called “My Pictures” and that this is where you would normally place your Digital Photos once you transfer them to your PC. Just click the ‘Browse’ button …

Choose Input Folder

… this will list all the hard disks on your PC, as well as any CD drives or network locations you have available. Simply click the ‘+’ symbol to open the necessary number of folders to reach the one you’re looking for, and then click it and press ‘OK’ …

Choose Input Media

Once you’ve selected your folder, any compatible image files are listed in the box (Buzz 3D Media Converter currently recognises the following file-types: BMP, DDS, DIB, HDR, JPG, JPEG, PFM, PNG, PPM, TGA). You can select an individual file just by clicking it and then pressing ‘Next’. Alternatively, if you have more than one file to convert, you can ‘box-select’ them, by moving the mouse-pointer into an empty portion of the file-window area, and holding down the left mouse button before moving the mouse. This will create a ‘box’ which you can use to ‘box-select’ multiple files.

Once you’re done, click ‘Next’.
