An extensive Help system within VideoChat can be accessed by clicking the Help icon once the application has been launched.

The topics covered within this include: Getting Started, The Address Book, Making a Call to a friend's Buzz ID, Inviting Others to Contact You, BuzzMail, Recording / Reviewing a Conversation and Ongoing use of Buzz 3D VideoChat.
