VideoChat Plus has been designed to be easy and intuitive to use, yet be able to encompass all the functionality required for a Corporate communication solution.  Whether on the road, or used on a corporate network, VideoChat Plus can cope with all eventualities to ensure your business stays connected.

Safety – Being NAT-Router and Firewall friendly the PC is not exposed to the Internet.  The system does not use a public phone book, open forum, or live chat ‘room’ to provide communication services.  Instead, the unique contact ID number assigned to each user (the Buzz ID) is maintained privately, like an unlisted telephone number.

Security – IP Addresses of each party are not openly broadcast.  All connection with our backoffice ‘Switchboard Server’ is SSL Encrypted.  Live Communication and BuzzMail both use a highly compressed proprietary streaming technology, which can only be played within a Buzz 3D software client.

Internet & Corporate LAN/WAN friendly – Where any form of network applies all VideoChat traffic is co-ordinated by an easy to maintain Proxy Gateway, which is included free.

Quality – There are currently 6 quality settings that range from 16Kbits/sec to 512Kbits/sec, although higher settings can be added if required.  Depending upon available bandwidth and hardware the best quality is automatically selected, therefore if bandwidth varies for any participant during a conference the system automatically reconfigures to deliver the best user experience.

Multiple users – Available bandwidth is the only limitation on the number of people that can be connected simultaneously.

Dynamic conference building – Anyone in a conference can invite others to join at any time.

Notebook – Linked to individual/group names in the Address Book (‘to do lists’, appointments, etc).

‘Undock’ all windows – Enlarge any to full screen if desired.

Record the call – In addition to general reference this unique archiving option ensures that those disconnected or having to leave before the conference has ended can catch up with everything that was said, and those unable to attend can download the full meeting at a later date for review.

Send video and audio messages with BuzzMail - Record & send, as well as receive & play, audio and video messages to other VideoChat Plus subscribers.

Please note : VideoChat Plus is an upgrade of VideoChat and is obtained by first downloading VideoChat and clicking the Upgrade button.

For commercial application VideoChat Plus can be upgraded to EyeComm and offer a backoffice infrastructure that has been designed to run on a centralised server within a LAN or WAN.  All relevant permissions can be incorporated to maintain existing LAN / Routing protocols for traffic-balancing.

Integrating additional functionality
Functionality enhancements such as SketchPad, which includes a ‘clipboard’ copy/paste for images and text, unlimited undo and redo, move, delete and save capabilities; as well as Whiteboarding and Desktop Collaboration can be incorporated if required.  Full details regarding time and cost are available on request.

Compatible 3D Interface
Both VideoChat and VideoChat Plus can be integrated within Buzz 3D’s Digital Home and 3D Showcase applications, where organisations can promote their products and services, as well as see and speak to customers & suppliers, as well as undertaking training, all from within their ‘branded’ 3D environment.
